Welcome to Past Forms. Here you will find any relevant information about terms and conditions when shopping at pastforms.com.
                                                                      
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
 When purchasing products on pastforms.com you must fill in your personal information such as name, address, and payment information. Note, that a purchase made on pastforms.com is not binding until we have accepted your purchase. You will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation.
The order is not accepted until it is approved and the items are registered in our stock. You will then receive an order and shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING POLICY
Customers can expect to receive their order within 1-2 weeks, depending on where the product will be shipped. Please note that the order will only be sent after the payment has been received. If the order has not been delivered within 2 weeks in total, please contact pastformstudio(at)gmail.com and we will make sure to resend your order.
We operate with two standard rates for shipping costs:
  1. One for EU orders and one for all overseas and non-EU countries. The price includes 25 % VAT, applicable to all EU citizens.
  2. For all overseas and non-EU countries orders, products are sold without VAT.


For all consignments to foreign countries, you choose the delivery method and the costs will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. Shipping costs like this:
The shipping is free in all of the EU for orders over € 50.
You might also want to pick up the item yourself - free of freight costs at our studio in Copenhagen. Shipping prices are included in the final piece cost but they are estimated like the following 
-  Scandinavia fee: 5 € (shipping includes 25% VAT)
-  EU fee & Overseas fee: 10 - 20 € (shipping includes 25% VAT)
Customers also have the opportunity to pick up the order at the address of our workshops.

We ship every Tuesday.  Should there be delays at the shipping carrier, Past Forms cannot be held responsible.

Please note that parcels to Denmark and other smaller islands in some cases can be up to 3 days on their way.
Guidelines regarding times of delivery:
-  Denmark 1-4 working days
-  Scandinavia approx. 1-6 working days
-  Europe at approx. 2-5 working days
-  USA at approx. 5-10 working days
-  Japan at approx. 4-10 working days 

REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email us with your case. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

LEGAL NOTICE We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. COMPLAINTS? We hope you are all satisfied – if not, please contact us +45 53 65 33 56 23 on weekdays between 10 AM to 3 PM or send us an e-mail: pastformstudio(at)gmail.com. Past Forms trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. NEWSLETTERS At Past Forms you are able to join our mailing list at the button of the website. When joining you will receive newsletters and other information from us. This service can be switched off at any time if you don't wish to receive the newsletter anymore. You can unsubscribe at the top and bottom of the newsletter. COOKIES AtPast Forms we use cookies to optimize our website and make your visit as easy as possible. A cookie is a small file which the website contains on your computer. The cookie identifies your computer and not you as a person. The cookies job is to let the website know when you return as a visitor. The cookie doesn't compromise the safety and you are at all-time in your right to turn off the function in your browser. A cookie can in no way harm your computer.
